Register through the online application. You must complete the entire application at one time (saving and resuming the application is not an option). Or, if you would prefer, you can download and complete the fillable application and email it to Michelle Grainger at email@example.com.
Once you submit your application, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt from either Margaret Huffman or Michelle Grainger. When you receive confirmation of your application being successfully submitted, you will also receive an invoice.
The application deadline is October 31st, 2019 but could close sooner should applications exceed available space. A deposit of 50% of the total payment is due November 11th with the remaining due December 9th.

*Registration is completed by Operation with the commitment that a specific, designated representative of the operation will participate in all three (3) sessions for a total of twelve (12) days.
**Additional representatives of the operation are invited to participate in either the entire program or units which are most applicable to their responsibilities, with a maximum of three (3) participants from any operation.

Remainder of program expenses are provided by the generous support of corporate sponsors and individual donors.
Special Alumni Pricing available for operations who participated in 2017 and/or 2019 EFM programs.
Note: All transportation to each of the sessions is the responsibility of the operation and designated participant(s).
All hotel arrangements will be made by the Executive Farm Management Program and confirmation numbers for hotel reservations will be sent out in advance of each session.
Cancellation refund policy:
7 weeks prior to January 12, 2020 – 100% refund
5-6 weeks – 75% refund and 25% future program offering credit
3-4 weeks – 50% refund and 50% credit
2 weeks or less – no refund or credit will be offered
